The safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff is of paramount importance to us, especially right now. All team members that return to work have completed up-to-date COVID-19 safety training and fully understand our Health and Safety policies, and that they must practice these at all times. These policies include proper use of PPE equipment, practicing physical distancing, cough etiquette, frequent hand washing, and heightened routine cleaning with an emphasis on high touch areas such as door knobs, light switches, and horizontal surfaces such as tables and chairs.
All of the services we currently offer are fully contact-free. Patio-Side Pickup orders are prepaid online and are dropped off directly in the trunk of your car at pickup. Only debit and credit payments are currently accepted for walk-up purchases from our Mixtape Food Truck (we encourage the use of the tap function if possible). Flow markers and physical distancing stickers have also been implemented throughout all of our active spaces to help customers follow the safety protocols outlined by our Legislation and the Ministry of Health. We require all customers to practice these precautionary steps at all times when visiting us.
Facial coverings are required to be worn by anyone entering our spaces (they can of course be removed while you're enjoying your food and drinks). If you forget to bring your mask, we can provide you with one free of charge.
We continue to monitor the situation to ensure that we are following all of the necessary steps to maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone.

Detroit-style pizza is a specific style of pizza originally developed back in 1946 in Detroit, Michigan. Essentially, it's a rectangular pizza that has a thick, chewy crust and layered toppings, bearing similarities to Chicago deep dish pizza. What makes Detroit-style pizza different from Chicago and New York styles is the crust, which is extra thick and very crispy on the bottom, and the composition of toppings, which are layered on top in reverse order with the sauce on top.
This style of pizza is baked in rectangular steel trays, originally designed for use as automotive drip pans or to hold small industrial parts in factories. At Graffiti, we twice-bake the crust of all our pizzas in a well-oiled pan to a chewy medium-well-done state, which gives the bottom and edges of the crust a fried or crunchy texture. While traditional Detroit-style pizzas use classic toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, and tomato sauce, we like to get creative with ours by combining different mixtures of ingredients to make some of the most mouthwatering pizzas you'll ever taste. Come on by and find out for yourself!
All of our ingredients are locally sourced and are never frozen — we pride ourselves in using the very best and freshest ingredients from Canadian farmers and suppliers, many of which are located right here in Waterloo Region.
Some of our suppliers include Eby Manor Farms, McIntosh Farms, Fore Quarter Butcher Shop, Ontario Pork, Southern Pride Poultry, Flanagan Food Service, Caudle's Catch Seafood, Local Dairy, Hewitt's Dairy, Mountain Oak Cheese, and Foraged Farmed Fresh.
We sure do! All kids aged 10 and under can order, and all meals include one soft drink and a scoop of Four All Ice Cream for dessert.
Yup! We take reservations for every day of the week. To make a reservation, click the "Reserve" button at the top of this page, or just give us a call at (519) 514-1820 and we'll take care of everything.
We'd love to have you! For more details about availability, rates, and services, feel free to send us an e-mail directly to email@example.com. Our events team will reach out to you with more information as soon as possible.

There's a live feed camera to watch the kitchen or brewery in real-time, as well as the ability to view and share photos with your friends and family. And that's just the beginning!
Our interactive tables are suitable for up for 4 people. With something for everyone, they're a great way to experience your time at Graffiti. Come on in and see for yourself!
We're fortunate to live in a community that is filled with incredibly talented artists, and we love building partnerships that showcase their work.
Since we opened back in 2018 we've had an ongoing partnership with The Firm Murals, whose graffiti artwork you can see all over the walls, furniture and decor of our restaurant, as well as the entire surface of our Mixtape Food Truck. The guys at The Firm have created tons of custom pieces for us, and our space is far more vibrant thanks to them.
If you've visited us before, you'll also have noticed the mural artwork on the inside walls of the Catalyst137 building which leads into our restaurant. All of this artwork was created by another local muralist, Stephanie Scott, whose work can also be found all over Waterloo Region. Fun fact, Steph also designed our original "G" logo!
We also contract local graphic designers to create t-shirts and other Graffiti Market branded merchandise which we sell in our market. We released the Make Your Mark Collection of artist tees in 2019, tapping into the talents of local designers Jonathon Kutt, Jon Johnson, Stephanie Scott, and Joschka Sawatzky to create a series of 4 shirts that celebrate the concept of community. You can find more details about the collection here, and all shirts are available for purchase at our market.
Art is a big part of what we celebrate here at Graffiti, and we're always happy to connect and collaborate with new people. Got an idea in mind? Reach out to us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our mindset at Graffiti Market has always been to showcase and celebrate our inspirations through our food and space. Music plays a big part in what we're all about at Graffiti, and it’s no secret that Hip Hop music is among the foundation of our inspiration.
Originally established by African-American, Latino-American, and Caribbean-American communities of The Bronx, New York in the 1970s, this cultural movement was created as a form of personal and artistic expression, with lyrical content that echoed the struggles faced by the marginalized and the oppressed.
In the decades that followed, New York’s flourishing Hip Hop scene grew to new communities, countries, and continents, merging with local styles and inspiring millions of people around the world to create new interpretations and forms of music and art.
We grew up on Hip Hop, but we're also hugely into all types of music, especially when it's from the 80s and 90s. We play a variety of music in our space throughout the day, all of which is hand-selected by our Culinary Director and resident DJ, Brian McCourt. For a closer look at the music that his inspired the names of our menu dishes, check out our official Graffiti Market Spotify playlist right here!
Beer & Coffee
Red Circle Brewing is the on-site microbrewery at Graffiti Market. Run by Brewmaster Brett Croft, Red Circle brews everything in house, including a lineup of Core Series beers and ongoing releases of limited edition brews. All Red Circle beers are available on tap to enjoy with your meal at Graffiti, and we often run beer & food pairing events in tandem with the team at Red Circle Brewing.
Red Circle Coffee is a coffeehouse, coffee roaster, and bakery located right across the hall from Graffiti Market by the main entrance doors of the Catalyst137 building. With the guidance of Roastmaster Graham Braun, they roast their own coffee and bake their own pastries and breads on site. We serve Red Circle coffee at Graffiti, and their breads are used in a bunch of our menu items as well as being available for purchase to go in our market.
Absolutely! We sell Red Circle's packaged beers and coffees right from our market, along with a variety of Red Circle clothing, glassware, and other merchandise.
Core Series beers are always available in cans and growlers, and RCB's various seasonal and limited batch brews can be purchased in growlers as well. Just look for the Beer Shop section of the market right beside the front door!
If you're looking for coffee, you can grab some bags from our market, or head over to Red Circle Coffeehouse across the hall for a wider selection of home coffee brewing equipment and accessories.
Empty Red Circle Brewing growlers are returnable at our Beer Shop for a $10.00 refund, provided that it is in clean and undamaged condition. We reserve the right to refuse a growler refund should the growler be in unsaleable condition.
You sure can! That said, we reserve the right to refuse growler fills should the growler not be in clean and undamaged condition.
Four All Ice Cream
Yes it is! We serve a variety of Four All Ice Cream flavours at our on-site Cone Counter, located right beside the kitchen inside Graffiti Market (there's some big signs, you can't miss it!).
As one of our featured Market Partners, we also have Four All Ice Cream cubes available in the market to take home and enjoy later!
