All Graffiti Market team members (Front of House, Back of House, Management, Corporate Staff, Ownership) have completed up-to-date COVID-19 safety training in line with current regulations provided by Public Health. All team members fully understand our Health & Safety policies and procedures, and that they must be practiced at all times.
We ask that all customers also follow the guidelines provided by Public Health when visiting our establishment. We continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure that we are following all of the necessary steps to maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone.

Our current safety protocols
Seating capacity is limited as per current regulations to allow for socially distanced dining. We strongly encourage making a reservation in advance of your visit, either directly from our website or by calling us at (519) 514-1820. Please note that seating availability is subject to capacity limitations, and walk-in requests may be declined in order to avoid lineups and crowding.
Restaurant seating layouts have been changed to ensure all customer parties are a minimum of 9 feet apart. Signage and floor markers have been placed throughout the space to aid in the flow of traffic and ensure that physical distancing is practiced.
Customers are strongly encouraged to remain seated at their table at all times, with the exception of using the washroom facilities.
Our heightened cleaning protocols include regular disinfecting of all frequently touched surfaces (door handles, cash registers, washrooms, etc.), and cleaning of shared objects between each use (menus, dining tables, countertops, chairs/booths/benches, payment terminals, etc.).
All physical menus are printed on wipeable synthetic paper, and are sanitized between each use. All of our menus are also available to view online from your mobile device via our website.
Hand sanitizer pump stations have been installed throughout our space for you to use.
We have heightened our focus on air quality with multiple on-site air purifiers provided by Austin Air.
All customers are required to wear facial coverings when entering, exiting, and moving around the establishment. If you forget yours at home, we have disposable masks available on-site free of charge.
All staff are required to wear facial coverings inside our establishment, and Front of House staff also wear Canadian Shield protective face shields while working in the restaurant seating areas.
Plexiglass partitions have been installed at cashier and host stands, and throughout our dining areas.
Staff shifts have been staggered to limit the number of employees inside the space at the same time. All staff must complete temperature and symptom checks before beginning their shift.
All customers are required to sign in with their name and phone number upon being seated.
